PUMPKIN WHITE CHOCOLATE  SCONES WITH BOURBON MAPLE GLAZE

These amazing pumpkin scones are made with simple ingredients, baked golden brown, and are PACKED with warm Fall flavors. 

EASY PUMPKIN WHITE CHOCOLATE SCONE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SCONES

 all-purpose flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, pumpkin pie spices,  baking soda, butter, heavy cream, egg, vanilla, white chocolate chips,  pumpkin puree, bourbon, & powdered sugar, maple syrup.

        STEP 1

To begin with with this easy recipe, take a large bowl whisk the flour, sugar, spices, baking powder, baking soda,  and salt.

Mix the wet ingredients and set aside. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until there are pea-size pieces. Add the pumpkin mixture. Stir until combined.

STEP 3

Knead the dough a few times on a dusted counter until it’s formed together.

STEP 4

Shape into a rectangle about 1.5 inches thick and cut into 8 wedges. Transfer them to a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake until golden brown. Make the glazes. Spoon the first glaze over the entire surface of the scones and allow to set. Drizzle the bourbon glaze over the scones.
